Whether your dream job is to be a professor involved in medical science, or a nurse in a general hospital, get in touch with Chila Resourcing Consultancy. Based in Birmingham, West Midlands, we work with experienced and qualified candidates, helping them to find suitable roles and secure them with first-class job and interview preparation. Our recruitment work is also available for students who are looking for a work placement in the medical industry.
Prior to applying for a job, your dedicated advisor will help you identify your skills and abilities and collate them in a professional CV. After your CV has been completed, we will find the jobs that you are suitable for and submit your application. Upon the offer of an interview, we will make sure that you are fully prepared, so you can be confident of attending the interview and impressing the employer. Chila Resourcing Consultancy works with various companies who provide mentoring for our clients, and during the initial consultation we will determine the most effective type of mentoring and support for you.
Unlike other recruitment consultancy firms, we do not abandon clients once they have secured a job. When a candidate is chosen for a role, we offer ongoing support for anything they need, making sure that they are settled in both the job and the area. Only once they are confident in their role and no longer require our assistance will we withdraw our involvement. However, we are always there for them if they need us.
Chila Resourcing Consultancy is proud to work with skilled candidates based in the UK and internationally. The only requirements we have are that our clients have experience in the industry or the qualifications necessary to carry out the role.
Our consultants understand that candidates living abroad require a lot of assistance to make the move successfully. We are happy to book their flights, find suitable accommodation, and even set up a bank account for their wages to be paid into. International candidates also receive advice on all of the relevant documentation they need once they arrive in the UK, including a visa, passport, evidence of experience, and a CV. This will all be discussed during the initial consultation.
